CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — Three men were indicted in connection to a homicide that occurred in August.

Kyle McGinnis, Tommy Vallotton and Richard Laine were indicted by a grand jury for the Aug. 1 murder of 44-year-old Jeremy Jones, along with various other felony charges.

All three men were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit aggravated battery, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and weapons enhancement. McGinnis was also charged with first-degree murder.

All three men are in the custody of Canyon County Jail.
